Cover details form is due - I like to do this a few days before the booking date so I can be sure links to Pinterest Boards, attached files and everything else is working!
This is when I start work on your cover! Any changes to your cover form need to be completed by this date!
I send you 3 initial designs to choose from.
You provide feedback and I refine the design. This step varies from project to project, but allow at least a couple of weeks.
I provide you with the final files of an amazing cover you love! Final payment due within 1 week.

Most authors I work with are booking their ebook cover in before their manuscript has been finalised to shorten their release timeline and ensure they get the most out of their promotional schedule (cover reveals, prepping advertising materials, etc). However this means they don't have the finalised blurb, final page count or other details needed for me to create an amazing (or useable) print cover for them.
It's much easier for me to find time in my schedule for a print cover than a new E-Book / Front cover, so my recommendation is to book your E-Book Cover first, and once we've completed it I will make a tentative booking for your print cover based on the release date you are working toward. If in that time you realise you need to push out your print cover booking that is no problem - we're all creatives here and I know that sometimes it's hard to create magic on a schedule! This also means your print cover is on a separate invoice, so you won't need to pay until you're ready for your print cover.
TLDR: Unless your book is already finalised, I suggest doing your print cover at a later date.
I usually don't do the print cover at the same time as your custom cover, here's why:
